Tales of the Tempest was the first Tales title to appear on the Nintendo DS. It was a direct sequel to Tales of Rebirth and uses a very similar battle system, but in full 3D. The game was quite unimpressive, as the graphics were jaggy, the battle system was mediocre, and the game lasted roughly 10 hours.
Tales of Innocence also features the character designs of Mitsumi Inomata, the internationally renowned Japanese artist acclaimed for her work on the Tales of Series.
