The Capital kingdom of Regunum has kept power of the land during the raging wars, and was able to keep the world in peace. Recently, though, there has been the discovery of Inousha, humans who hold within them a great mystical power. The populace feared these beings, and came to despise anyone labled an "Inousha." In order to keep the peace and calm down the populace, the government began to hunt down and capture anyone who might be suspected of being an Inousha. During this time of turmoil, Ruca Milda, a young, timid boy living in the capital city, realizes that he too holds within him the outlawed power that is so feared and hated.
